Please read these rules before using Graphic Neo's user lookups, shop layouts, blogs, backgrounds and other images. If it is found out that you have just clicked I agree when you disagree then you will be placed on the Wall Of Shame. I hope that the Wall Of Shame page will not be created but if anyone is found violating these terms then the page will be
created and the neopets user name will be placed there.
